Kirby came out to my work when I had some electrical issues with my Dodge. We had just bought this car a few months back for our business because it was a great deal and so much cheaper than renting a car for the trip back from the season in Florida. She did great while out there with some regular maintenance and made it back to California with some minor issues that needed repaired. When I got to work one day she just wouldn’t fire up but I could hear the starter clicking. Give me any weekend and I would be glad to sit down and tackle this myself but while I’m at work in a corporate environment with kids to pick up after school and daycare and it is not practical. I called Kirby and he literally came right away. He was very friendly, honest about the condition of the truck, gave me excellent advice on the life span considering the area it came from and took about fifteen minutes to change out the connections for the battery post. The cost was less than a tow would have cost and the experience was much friendlier. I would highly recommend Kirby and Mobile Pros.
